Since it is still winter here up north, I made an Asian salad to get the taste of warmer days. Today's Asian salad is served in a vintage glass bowl with silver plated border. Norwegian pewter serving utensils are used for serving. Normally I would add feta-cheese in the salad, but since pregnant women need to avoid such cheese, I had to skip it in today's salad.
Recipe, My Asian Salad:
1 pk of fresh spinach
1/2 pk of rocket (ruccola salat)
1 mango
1 avocado
Fresh tomatoes
Sundried tomatoes
Sundried tomatoes
Recipe, My Dressing:
3 tablespoons of good quality olive oil
1 tablespoon of white vine vinegar
Basil
Salt & Pepper
Red pepper (according to taste)
1/2 garlic clove (according to taste)
Mix the dressing with the salad just before serving.
